We would like to inform all those who inappropriately send contributions through PayPal.
Anyone who sent such a contribution in an inappropriate way (for the seller) will have such a contribution sent back to them. Because the PayPal system for such a transaction charges from the account holder. This means that the amount for the contribution is transferred less. To send the contribution back to the operator also a fee is deducted for such an operation. Therefore, if you would like to send us your contribution again via PayPal for our activations, you have to do it correctly, i.e. (for a family member or a friend), but the amount of your contribution has to be higher by 1USD, because we have incurred previous costs for your incorrect operations.
If such situations continue to occur in the future, we will be forced to resign from PayPal and only send QSL with return envelope + contribution via our standard PO BOX system.
